Returns

If our product does not meet your expectations for any reason, it can be returned within 30 days for a full refund subject to the Return Policy Exceptions below. Home Water does not cover the cost of return shipments. 

If you wish to return our product, please contact us at returns@homewater.com Refunds will be processed on the method of payment used for the original purchase.

• Purchases made as a subscription are subject to the terms and conditions of that subscription. 
• Non-returnable items 
  Used products 
• Gift cards cannot be returned in exchange for cash. 
• Some order returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
• Home Water reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.
